Here you can find all the programs available in our gym.
Before making an appointment, please read the gym rules.

Our gym has a number of do’s and don’ts for everybody to feel comfortable in the gym, to ensure that the fitness equipment is properly preserved and to make sure everybody uses the equipment safely. 

  • Members who participate in the workouts will be doing so at their own risk. Active Fitness is not responsible for any injury that may occur to individuals participating in any exercise activity. Participation in exercise activity is on a voluntary basis.

  • Radios and tape or CD players are not permitted unless they are personal units equipped with headphones.

  • Active Fitness is not responsible for lost or stolen items.

  • For safety reasons, personal items, bags and other items are not to be brought to the gym floor.

  • Paper towels and disinfecting spray is available for use for all members to wipe down cardio and weight room equipment after each use.

  • All members must and should carry separate shoes for workout, no outside footwear/shoes are allowed.

  • No footwear/shoes must be stored in the gym premises, if so then Active Fitness takes no responsibility to take care of it.​
